CAN I SIGN UP WITHOUT GIVING YOU MY EMAIL ADDRESS?

Your account is linked to your email address, so you cannot be a Positive Pants Sister without one. This is how we'll get in touch with any exclusive offers and how you'll receive your perks Payday vouchers. We recommend signing up with a personal email address that's not likely to change.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

We have made this super easy, for every R1.00 spent on our store you get 1 Positive Point. Once you reach 1000.00 Points we will send you a R100.00 voucher to use on our store. Points can only be awarded when making a purchase through our online store and will exclude sales at Popups or third party retailers.

DOES MY VOUCHER HAVE AN EXPIRY DATE?

Chances are you will end up spending the voucher before the expiry date comes to an end, but yes, your vouchers are only valid for 60 days from date of issue. Should you voucher be expiring soon and already have everything your heart desires, why not get bestie of the year award and gift your voucher to a friend.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY VOUCHER?

Your voucher will be sent to you in the form of a voucher code, upon checkout insert your voucher code in the section provided. Just a reminder you need to spend a minimum of R250.00 to redeem your voucher.

WHAT CAN I REDEEM MY VOUCHER ON?

The voucher is redeemable for everything on the site excluding sale items and gift cards.

I HAVE TWO ACCOUNTS. CAN I TRANSFER MY REWARDS FROM ONE TO THE OTHER?

Unfortunately, not. Better to consolidate your account into one.
